Abstract: Highlights•We propose a Context-Enhanced Semantic Searchable Encryption (CESSE) scheme.•CESSE supports accurate semantic search with context-enhanced encrypted embeddings.•ANN indexes on encrypted embeddings enable fast retrieval in encrypted data.•Experiments show CESSE outperforms existing schemes in accuracy and efficiency.
