Lung-YOLO: Multiscale feature fusion attention and cross-layer aggregation for lung nodule detection

Abstract: Highlights•This paper proposes a one-stage lung nodule detection algorithm with faster inference speed.•Validation on two datasets shows that Lung-YOLO significantly improves the detection performance.•We design Multi-scale Dual-branch Attention (MSDA) mechanism.•We incorporate a Cross-layer Aggregation Module (CLAM) into the original RepBiFPAN.
