Abstract: Highlights•Integrate Lagrangian and Eulerian observations to reconstruct trajectories.•Calibrate time-varying short-term shockwave speeds using the two types of data.•Reconstruct trajectories for non-connected vehicles based on shockwave theory.•Optimize trajectories by adding driver dynamics for better energy estimation.•Evaluation on real-world datasets shows excellent performances from several aspects.
