Abstract: Highlights•Arc Routing Problem (ARP) with a truck and multiple homogeneous drones is solved.•An MIP formulation is built for the Drone–Truck Arc Routing Problem (DT-ARP).•An Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (ALNS) algorithm is proposed to solve DT-ARP.•The ALNS algorithm can find near-optimal solutions for small-scale problems.•The ALNS algorithm can solve large-scale problems efficiently.
