Dependability and Security Will Change Embedded Computing

Abstract: Embedded computing systems are found in everything from automobiles and communication devices to gadgets and industrial environment. Dependability is a well-defined term in computing systems. A unified approach to dependability and security assessment will let architects and designers face the challenges of shrinking feature size and increasing error rates.
