Abstract: Highlights•A general retinal layer segmentation method is presented.•To obtain more continuous and smoother boundaries, RC-FEDM is proposed.•To enhance the perception of thin layers, position channel attention is introduced.•To handle the imbalanced distribution problem, focal loss is introduced.
