Abstract: Highlights•We propose a neural network for real-time placental vessel segmentation in TTTS.•We introduce MEDCAM module to pay attention for placental vessels.•We introduce a novel task-specific data augmentation approaches.•We evaluate our method on data from six medical centers across Europe.•To foster research, we release the dataset to the community.
