Abstract: Highlights•FPINNs is proposed to incorporate fuzzy learning for reducing uncertainty in PINNs.•Fuzzy rules and Gaussian membership functions is used to improve solution accuracy.•FPINNs outperform existing methods in solving both forward and inverse PDEs.
