Abstract: It is our great pleasure to have eleven highlights talks in the program of the 2018 ACM Conference on Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, and Health Informatics, ACM-BCB'18. These invited talks are based on articles that have been published in the last 12 months and represent some of the most interesting and exciting works in our field.
