Automatic Generation of Electromyogram Diagnosis Report: Task and Dataset

Abstract: Report-writing of electromyogram can be problematic for under-experienced physicians and time-consuming for experienced physicians. In this paper, we explore to generate textual report from tabular diagnostic records of electromyogram. We construct the first dataset for this task and demonstrate results of some baseline approaches.
