Abstract: Highlights•We propose a new algorithm for solving nonlinear partial differential equations based on sparse Gaussian processes.•Our algorithms base on theories of kernel methods and sparse Gaussian processes.•Our algorithm is meshless and flexible to the shape of domains.•The sparse Gaussian process method reduces computational complexity by using low-rank kernels.
