Abstract: Highlights•We present characterization procedures for the polyhedra of coherent lower previsions.•These procedures are more efficient and straightforward than those previously known.•We discuss a procedure for correcting incoherent lower previsions.•Our characterization procedures can make such corrections computationally feasible.
