Abstract: Highlights•We propose a computationally efficient natural neighbour based metric.•The metric is based on discrete Choquet integral and a special fuzzy measure.•The time complexity of the metric calculation is the same as using Euclidean distance.•The proposed metric improves three density-based clustering algorithms.
