Abstract: Highlights•Creation of spatio-temporal volumetric atlas of the infant brain (0–24 months) using 542 longitudinal T1w and T2w scans from 240 developing infants.•Includes components: group-representative T1w and T2w images, tissue probability maps, tissue segmentation maps, cortical parcellation map, and subcortical labels.•Atlas is high spatial resolution, extensive age-range coverage, and densely sampled time points.•Atlas has increased structural details and sharper tissue contrast by introducing brain tissue probability maps to improve registration accuracy.
