Abstract: Highlights•We derive the learning bound for the source-free domain adaptation and propose source-free adversarial domain adaptation method.•Our method does not require specific restrictions to source hypothesis.•Experiments on three image-based datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach.
