CRC-MRC: Reader Comments Augmented Machine Reading Comprehension for social emotion prediction

Abstract: Highlights•We formalize the task into the MRC paradigm to replicate the human reading process.•We employ a clustering-based approach to guide LLMs generating diverse comments.•We integrate these comments together with the original text into the MRC framework.•Experimental results show that CRC-MRC outperforms state-of-the-art methods.
