Abstract: Highlights•We propose a fast structural ensemble OCC framework FS-EOCC.•FS-EOCC does not need the determining of the number of clusters.•FS-EOCC could convert a common OCC algorithm to a structural one.•FS-EOCC run faster than most existing clustering based ensemble OCC methods.
