Abstract: Highlights•The first to introduce crossing period and probabilistic prediction.•Multiscale STFT-based 3D-CNN model to capture accurately probabilities.•Rectified weighting strategy and accumulative decision-making rule are proposed.•Short detection latency, high sensitivity and low FDR are obtained.•Obtained latency is at least 50% shorter than previous studies.
