Abstract: On behalf of the technical program committee, we are pleased and honored to invite and welcome you to Malaysia and to the 2010 IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems (APCCAS 2010). In APCCAS 2010, the technical program shows the novel and advanced development in the field of circuits and systems. We also hope all attendees have fun in enjoying the history and cultures of Malaysia.
