A survey of label-noise deep learning for medical image analysis

Abstract: Highlights•There exist low-quality annotations with label noise for medical image domain.•Present an up-to-date survey of label-noise learning for medical image analysis.•We review extensive literature, illustrate typical methods and show the unified taxonomies.•Our survey can help researchers and practitioners to investigate new methods to alleviate negative effect of label noise.
