Abstract: The surface tension coefficient of liquid is an important thermal parameter of liquid. At present, the most commonly used lifting ring combined with pull-off method has problems such as poor operability, large errors, inaccurate readings, and few data samples. Therefore, it is of great significance to propose an intelligent liquid surface tension measuring instrument with strong environmental robustness, accurate measurement and convenient operation. The intelligently controlled liquid surface tension measuring instru-ment, based on the stm32 single-chip microcomputer, includes the host computer system, temperature control system, OLED wave-form display system, micro-tension machine system, and LB-TC liquid surface tension coefficient measuring instrument. The device overcomes the problems of unstable data and difficult data collection in the traditional pull-off method. It uses a single-chip micro-computer to carry out real-time signal transmission to accurately locate data changes, and can quickly analyze, plot, and export data, and realize the integration of data collection and analysis. The device introduces a temperature control system to enrich the diversity and reliability of experimental data. The device introduces an OLED waveform display system to visualize the data in real time. On the whole, the device introduces the intelligent control of the single-chip microcomputer, which fully improves the operational fea-sibility, data accuracy, sample completeness, and result accuracy of the liquid surface tension meter, making the liquid surface ten-sion measurement experiment more convenient and reliable.
