Abstract: Highlights•We consider the construction of uncertainty sets for robust optimization problems.•We use unsupervised deep learning to construct uncertainty sets.•The robust problem can be solved by an iterative scenario generation procedure.•Most classical uncertainty set are special cases of our derived sets.•Experiments show that our solutions often outperform all benchmark methods.
