Abstract: Highlights•Propose a framework that automatically grades the intensity of IgG direct immunofluorescence images.•The framework includes a Semantically Enhanced Feature image classification and a preprocessing segmentation module.•The segmentation normalization module could avoid the interference of original images.•Our proposed method achieves state-of-the-art classification results on the constructed dataset.
