Adaptive Bayesian group testing: Algorithms and performance

Abstract: Highlights•Group testing, a Boolean version of CS, is studied from the Bayesian perspective.•An algorithm designing the measurement vectors adaptively is proposed.•A fast method is proposed to decrease the calculation cost in designing the pool.•The expected value of the number of required tests is deduced theoretically.•The proposed algorithm requires less tests and is robust in the presence of noise.
