Abstract: Highlights•A Dual-Channel Squeeze-Fusion-Excitation module for cardiac SPECT-CT registration.•DuSFE showed higher registration and reconstruction accuracy than existing methods.•DuSFE demonstrated stable registration performance in motion-free SPECT-CT cases.•DuSFE enabled promising registration in real clinical stress/rest SPECT-CT scans.•Ablation study proved that each component in DuSFE enhanced the network performance.
