Abstract: Highlights•Congenital heart disease is with significant variations in heart structures and great vessel connections.•Propose the first AI system for diagnosis of CHD using a large-scale dataset (3750 CT images).•Propose to combine deep learning and machine learning to mimic the workflow of experienced radiologists.•Achieves comparable performance with junior radiologists and shows potential in clinical practice.
