I work at the intersection of machine learning, computational genomics, and systems biology. My expertise includes multimodal deep learning, sequence modeling, graph neural networks, low-data learning, and ML methods for single-cell, spatial, and metagenomic datasets. I develop foundational and predictive models for drug response and biological sequence function. I have extensive experience with genome assembly, long-read sequencing, and multi-omics integration.
