Abstract: Highlights•A new brain tumor segmentation method based on denoising diffusion probability model has been proposed.•Utilizing dynamic guidance and multimodal information extraction to improve model segmentation performance.•Feature fusion in Fourier space to reduce the impact of noise on the model.•Quantitatively handle uncertainty, improve the certainty and accuracy of results.
