Abstract: This paper presents the development of a scalable recruitment platform designed to bridge the gap between recruiters and job seekers. Using a microservices architecture, the platform ensures high availability and scalability to adapt to a growing user base without performance loss. Key features include custom quizzing mechanisms for pre-evaluation of the candidates, integrated chat services for streamlined communication, and analytical tools providing market insights and user behavior trends. The platform also incorporates a recommendation algorithm to enhance job matching for candidates. The project aims to improve the recruitment process by saving time for recruiters and providing valuable insights for job seekers.
