Abstract: The aim of the IEEE International Conference on Agents (ICA) is to bring together scientists, engineers, and students from around the world to exchange their experiences, ideas, and research findings on various aspects of intelligent agents and multi-agent systems. The conference also serves to discuss practical challenges and potential solutions. Previous editions of IEEE ICA were held in Japan (2016), China (2017), Singapore (2018), China (2019), Japan (2023), Australia (2022), and Japan (2023).
