Abstract: Highlights•We propose a topology-aware multi-view hypergraph computation-based cross-modal brain network fusion framework, which integrates information from both functional and structural brain networks to achieve high-accuracy brain disease diagnosis.•We propose a topology-aware multi-view hypergraph computation that enables the modeling and learning of high-order correlations from multiple views of the functional brain network within a unified framework.•We propose a multi-strategy fusion, which effectively integrates high-order information from different views of the functional brain network, as well as complementary information in cross-modal brain networks.
