Abstract: Rural communities struggle with illiteracy, unemployment, lack of infrastructure, transportation, medical facilities, malnutrition, basic requirements (electricity, drinking water, sanitation, and communication), geographical inaccessibility, and limited access to technology. Smart Village is a concept for rural area development that permits good education and local economic possibilities, improves healthcare and the well-being of residents, and promotes rural communities' overall quality of life. Using industrial developments, this study will investigate technological innovation in smart village communities. Notable innovations include the adoption of electronic sensor devices and the Internet of Things (IoT) for smart villages, competent healthcare, innovative education, the development of digital infrastructure, the development of community infrastructure, and the enhancement of residents' and farmers' cognitive abilities. IoT, which refers to the capacity of electronic devices to connect, communicate, and share data through the internet, can transform an unplanned place into a well-designed community. In order to reach this purpose, there is a significant deal of work to be done in the field of smart villages to improve resource management and lessen the general problems faced by residents. Building a smart community is undeniably a pressing issue at this time.
