Abstract: Welcome to the 1st Workshop on Pervasive Healthcare, being held on Monday, March 29, 2010 in Mannheim, Germany, as part of the overall IEEE Percom conference! It has been our great pleasure to organize this one-day workshop, dealing with a variety of research advances and challenges around the common theme of “applying pervasive computing technologies for improved healthcare”.
