Abstract: In this paper, we propose a game theoretic modelling paradigm for the energy trading market of a Microgrid Social Network (MGSN) architecture in which the networked Microgrids (MGs) are connected by a common physical bus and social networks. In the considered MGSN, individual MGs involved in energy trading, called market participants, make decision on energy trading based on the state estimation of other MGs that is achieved via social networks sharing the public marketing information and presenting the information published by individual producers/consumers belonging to different MGs. Considering the privacy concerns in social network, we exploit Bayesian-Stackelberg game to characterize and analyze the behaviors of individual MGs in energy trading market with imperfect information. Case studies demonstrate the performance of our proposed modelling paradigm.
