IOFS-SA: An interactive online feature selection tool for survival analysis

Abstract: Highlights•IOFS-SA is a web tool used for automatic feature selection and interactive sample grouping.•IOFS-SA embeds 53 datasets from TCGA, and supports researchers to analyze customized datasets.•IOFS-SA supports survival analysis of high-dimensional small sample data sets.•The tool provides the tree view, heat map and scatter map to display the results of the selected genes for research.•Kaplan–Meier survival curve and log-rank test are utilized as measurements.
