Abstract: Highlights•A explainable end-to-end multi-task framework (PEN) is proposed for human behavior prediction.•For the first time, psychological information is feasibly aggregated into the data-driven neural network.•Human-related implicit decision-making process is explicitly modeled to assist decision prediction.•The PEN can overcome issues of small sample size with promising interpretation capacity.
