Service Allocation/Placement in Multi-Access Edge Computing with Workload Fluctuations

Abstract: In this paper, we present a load variation aware adaptive stochastic method for user service request allocation and service placement in Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) . Simulation based experimental results on the benchmark EUA dataset show that our approach can better handle workload fluctuations as compared to state of the art.
