Abstract: Highlights•A spatio-temporal cascade method is used to construct digital twin virtual model for real-time fully monitoring.•To fully represent tube, a physics-derived model integrating sensor data and theory is derived.•For high-fidelity reconstruction, a full-field plastic deformation reconstruction network is built.•A strategy to compensate for time-delay through prediction is introduced.•For virtual-real synchronization, a spatio-temporal compensation reconstruction network is devised.
