Abstract: User pairing is the cornerstone of Device to Device (D2D) relay technology. In order to balance system throughput and system energy consumption, the combination of distance and SINR (DS) is selected as the pairing indicator and the DS pairing algorithm (DSPA) combining mobile prediction and dynamic transmit power is designed: First, a mobile model based on Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) is proposed. It is used to predict the location of mobile users. Second, the distance between the user terminal device and the cache point and non-cache point is calculated, and the cache point and the non-cache point within the D2D communication radius are filtered out. Then, the index DS of each points is calculated and power control is performing at the same time. Finally, a communication mode is selected among cellular mode, D2D direct communication and D2D relay communication and the point with the highest DS index is chosen for D2D communication. The simulation results show that using DSPA, the system energy consumption can be effectively reduced, and a higher system throughput can be ensured.
