Abstract: Highlights•Train parking, servicing and routing at maintenance depots is jointly studied.•Multiple services are considered with a flexible storage and relocation strategy.•A novel two-layer time–space network is constructed to describe the states of the EMUs.•A heuristic algorithm based on ADMM is designed.•A small virtual and large real-world case study demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach.
