Abstract: Highlights•Three-dimensional (3D) biventricular strains by hyperelastic warping.•3D biventricular circumferential, longitudinal and radial strains in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) patients.•Excellent intra- and inter-observer reproducibility for biventricular strains.•3D biventricular strains significantly decreased in PAH patients.•3D biventricular strains were better early markers than conventional parameters.
