Abstract: Highlights•New acoustical front-ends for multiple microphone speaker diarization are introduced.•The front-ends include diverse and good quality channel selection.•Subband channel selection is also introduced to mitigate subband reverberation.•The proposed methods present improved performance compared to acoustical beamforming.
