Abstract: Highlights•We propose a new feature extraction block to fully utilize the hierarchical features from LR images.•We develop a framework to progressively reconstruct HR images and estimate human body prior in a coarse-to-fine manner.•Two kinds of human body priors are estimated in our framework and then used to improve SR performance.•Our method outperforms other methods in image super-resolution, pose estimation and human parsing.
