An ontology-based agent for context aware software process development

Abstract: We have been researching in CSCW for small teams for the last years. As we presented in previous works, small software development teams have special needs and requirements that must be taken into account when designing tools for supporting cooperation of their participants. We have already proposed the architecture of a system (called CSCW-SD) to support small collocated teams developing software. We developed a module, called MODUS-SD, capable of modeling users. In this paper, we present an ongoing project aiming at, automatically, recognize the activities performed by developers during their daily work. Recognizing those activities might facilitate the execution of the same activities in the near future.
