Abstract: Highlights•Improve the theory of Epipolar Focus Spectrum (EFS) and give the Sampling analysis of EFS.•An EFS-based learning framework for dense-view light field reconstruction is proposed.•The proposed method can guarantee the cross-view consistency for fulldepth/ disparity light field reconstruction.•The proposed method exhibits superior performance under large disparities.
