Abstract: Highlights•A blockchain-enabled logistics finance execution platform is proposed to facilitate financing implementation for capital-constrained E-commerce retail.•A hybrid finite state machine is built for smart contract to realize untamable persistence during different lifecycles.•Blockchain is integrated with multi-agent system to establish an autonomous, transparent, decentralized and reliable contract execution environment.
