Abstract: In the context of the rapid development of big data, the Internet and various mobile terminals, copyright confirmation and infringement determination service for digital media are increasingly becoming the focus of public attention. Starting from analyzing and comparing the multiple traditional digital copyright management and service modes, combining with several key techniques such as identifier, feature fingerprint, block-chain, etc., this paper designs and proposes a digital media copyright confirmation service system based on block-chain registration and identifier tracking, elaborates the basic process of this system, as well as the research focus and difficulties of key core techniques. This provides a practical and feasible solution for future digital media copyright confirmation and infringement determination service, and points out the main research directions and ideas of the key core techniques involved.
