Bungie: Improving Fault Tolerance via Extensible Application-Level Protocols

Abstract: We present Bungie, an approach based on applicationlevel protocols that precisely capture the causality inherent to the interactions among agents. We show through patterns and examples how Bungie provides abstractions for achieving fault tolerance.
