Abstract: Highlights•A Context-based Modeling Enhancement Network (CME-Net) is proposed to address the problem of difficult logo detection in complex environments.•A targeted feature enhancement process guided by contextual information is implemented.•CME-Net achieved great performance on four logo detection datasets.
