Abstract: Highlights•Biomedical knowledge graphs (BKGs) are uncertain, incomplete and hard to explore.•We proposes BKG2U, a framework for quantifying and modeling uncertainty in BKGs.•BKG2U is used to transform an existng BKG called SemMedDB and turn it to USemMedDB.•A subset of USemMedDB containing risk factors and diseases is modeled.•USemMedDB is deployed through a visual interface to make it more accessible.
